Small and personal. Almost all of our team at the Women's Center have been together since the beginning making us a tight, caring and efficient team. We welcome you to share the love (and occasional family dysfunction) with us!
Karen manning, np
Karen has been an important part of Women's Health in LaGrange for over 30 years and part of the Women's center for over 22! Karen is a warm and highly skilled practitioner who earned her degree in psychology and nursing from LaGrange College and her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Emory University. Karen is also a Labor and delivery Manager at Northside Hospital. Karen has been married to Wayne for 30 years and they share three talented children: Emilee, Andrew and Michael.
Jill Weiss
Jill is our multi-talented office manager. She has been a significant part of the vision and growth of The Women’s Center for over 23 years. Jill works closely with our staff and patients to ensure you receive the excellent service you deserve. Jill oversees all operations at The Women's Center and helped establish our very successful weight loss/life style management program. Jill is married to Sean Weiss who is an honorary member of our team by virtue of extensive help and wisdom rendered. Jill and Sean have three children (McKenzie, McCord and McKayla) and six grandchildren. Jill is also responsible for the wondrous fragrances coming from our kitchen at lunch time!
PASHYEN ANDERSON
Pashyen is a wonderful addition to our team and has been with us for over 5 years. A kind and talented medical assistant who earned her certificate in 2014 from West Georgia Technical College. Pashyen has extensive patient care experience through clinical work at Home-heath and West Georgia Medical Center. Pashyen helps educate patients so that they can better understand their diagnosis and follow the care plan they have received. Pashyen is a lifelong native of West Georgia. After work she tries to keep up with her children Day-Day and Trey.
Tressy WEBB
Tressy has skillful control over the front end of the Women's Center. Somehow she manages to check-in, check-out, get records, book referrals, book tests and answer the phones, and much more - all while maintaining a smile and sincere compassion for our clients. Tressy has been with us over 14 years and, as with all members of our team, is absolutely essential. Tressy grew up in LaGrange and is married to Jason, they share 5 children.
jennifer waldroup
Jennifer has been with us for 20 years as a Medical Biller/Coder specialist. She has 16 years experience in this area; previously working with other physician offices and billing services. Jennifer is the expert who helps you (and us) navigate the mind numbing complexity (and frequent stupidity) of the insurance world. Jennifer graduated from Troup High School and later completed coding classes at Columbus University. Jennifer has been married to Alan for 26 years, they have 3 sons: Lucas, Alex and Austin.
WENDY SHEETS
Wendy is our very gentle phlebotomist with skills honed by over 26 year’s of experience. Wendy is a representative of Labcorp and has been at The Women's Center for over 25 years. While she does not officially work for us she is definitely one of the family! Wendy has been married to Jason for 27 years and they have three talented children: Luke, Lauren and Landen.
